Mohammedan SC welcomes Indian Goalkeeper Sandip Nandy as their new goalkeeping coach for the 2021-22 season.​

Mohammedan SC General Secretary Danish Iqbal, Football Secretary Dipendu Biswas, Treasurer MD Akram and other representatives were present on the occasion.

Sandip Nandy is a former Indian professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper .

Sandip Nandy's debut in big time football with Mohun Bagan in 1999 was a winning one with the Boatmen winning the NFL. The much-decorated goalkeeper was then part of Subhas Bhowmick's all-conquering East Bengal squad and added two more NFL titles to his cabinet besides the prestigious ASEAN Club Championship in 2003, where he was adjudged best goalkeeper. His scintillating form in 2012-13 earned him a recall to the national team at age 38 after a gap of seven years. He played his third season with Kerala Blasters FC at the age of 41 last year, and has been with the men in yellow since Hero ISL 2014.
